Skills, drills and an epic night at the Stronghold! 
Last night we had @mar.l.al visit the Stronghold black belt and champion from the bold PKA.
Kids class bringing the tempo and pace to kick off the evening, always fun and an absolute blast!
For the Krav Maga massive we covered entries to body lock takedowns and controlling someone on the ground.
Then straight into the kickboxing with the team, sparring, drills and a cheeky finisher with everyone getting after it!
The only thing better was the energy from the students, keen to learn with the effort to match!
