Had a visit on Saturday from Phil Munro @kmg_scotland director leading a session before tomorrow's national grading. Followed by getting the Stronghold massive together for some sparring 
Having someone like Phil come in to teach is a fantastic opportunity for our students to get a different perpective, tips on what and how to improve and it's only going to make them better at their craft.
At Stronghold we always look at ways to bring as much value as we can to our students training, and the level of commitment and effort they put in, it shows, and is truly fantastic to see.
