At Stronghold Academy our Kickboxing classes are for anyone looking to get into the sport of Kickboxing. Bringing you K1 Kickboxing classes, offering not only a high intensity workout but also delivering quality kickboxing. 

Stronghold academy is a PKA - Punisher kickboxing academy affiliated club. Alan Clark is a life long martial artist that joined PKA 10 years ago recieving his PKA black belt under 5th Dan Stuart Lowe last year. 

Under 6 months since opening Stronghold we have had students compete and medal under the Stronghold x PKA banner and look forward to more success next year.
